DYNO SAVES THE DAY !!!

We recently dis-assembled the engine of an older model Vulcan 750 to replace an internal shift link. The work went smoothly and the customer drove off only to return the next day to report the bike "wasn't running right'. After several checks and a test ride we were at an impass [or so we thought] because we had no way of comparing the bike's past performance with its present performance.

At that point, the customer mentioned the bike had been tested on a chassis dyno just prior to its rebuild. What a stroke of luck! This would give us a chance to compare before-rebuild with after-rebuild power/torque graphs. We immediately contacted DynoMight, the local dyno outfit and soon had the bike in for retesting. DynoMight quickly had the results back to us, with before and after runs superimposed for our convenience.

Within an hour of getting the dyno results, we had adjustments made and our customer back on the road, their bike ticking just as they knew it should. DynoMight saved the day. With the dyno's assistance, we solved the problem and added another satisfied customer to our list of happy patrons.
